We understand life happens! In the event you need to cancel an appointment, please allow 24-hour notice. However, if canceled within the 24-hr time frame, 50% of the service cost will be assessed. Any no-show appointments will be subject to 100% of the service cost scheduled. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a later appointment date.
